Tarot de Marseille is a 10 minute performance for a single listener at a time presented by Swiss saxophonist Laurent Estoppey in a vitrine on Elm Street. Each listener draws 7 cards (out of 20) from a Tarot de Marseille deck and will have a personal concert of music written by English composer Charles Dakin for solo saxophone. The Tarot de Marseille was traditionally established in 1760 in France, it is supposed to represent the world in many ways: socially, politically, religiously, through metaphors and symbols.
