Yaelle Amir is a Brooklyn-based independent curator and writer. She has organized exhibitions at Artists Space, BRIC Rotunda Gallery, Elizabeth Foundation for the Arts Project Space, Ise Cultural Foundation, Nurture Art, and the Wallach Art Gallery at Columbia University, among other venues. Her writing has been published in numerous exhibition catalogues and art publications including ArtSlant, Beautiful/Decay, and Sculpture Magazine. She is the recipient of several curatorial awards including the Lori Ledis Curatorial Fellowship (2008), the PEC Award (2008) and the Helena Rubinstein Fellowship (2005).
