This installation encourages participants to connect with a deep, private world inside of themselves through words and one powerful image. Attendees can take a journal—each one different—which will guide them through a series of heart-oriented prompts that encourage the exploration of all emotion, no matter how light or dark. These journals also offer blank space—the gift of an empty page. Through this window, attendees have the opportunity to be fully themselves without judgment. If participants wish, they can share their writing with Tara and Ashley, who will provide healthy support.
