This installation is a literal and abstract response to the TONE theme. “Tone” soap, Spanish moss, oranges, packaging, and a special edition of The Sensory Times are the placement and materials used in the installation. Its elements—sensory triggers, ritual patterns, text, and the ephemeral— are familiar to Mack’s art process.
