In this installation, pedestrians encounter a series of circular “play” button arrows stenciled throughout the streets in unexpected locations. The biodegradable painted buttons echo the iconic video symbol for “play”. These wayfinding arrows transform informational images into physical action by pointing the way and encouraging people to search for the next arrow.
