pOm•trees is a participatory installation that invites people to make and decorate pompoms onto the trees of Orlando. A pompom is made up of hundreds of yarns held together by a single thread — it is a metaphor for being part of a whole. Each day, we will travel to a new location to pOm different trees, so be on the lookout for the pOm•tree station to be part of the work and create your own pOm! Fun for all ages. Yarn is provided, but you are welcome to bring your own!
